Choosing a chemical powder mixer
- Material: AISI 316 for corrosive chemicals and salty products, AISI 304 stainless steel for general applications.
- Sealing: Covers that prevent powder leakage, and packing gland or mechanical seal systems for blends with liquid additives.
- Dust-free operation: Closed screw feeding and an optional dust extraction system during filling.
- Foaming liquids: Bottom-up filling that prevents foam when filling liquid detergent and shampoo.
