Sack filling machines
Sack filling machines weigh powders and granules by the kilogram into sacks of 5 to 50 kg. On our semi-automatic models the operator attaches the sack to the filling spout; the machine fills it by weight and releases it.

On the KP-CVD 50, the sack is held on the filling spout by a pneumatic clamp, and the integrated weighing system stops filling when the target weight is reached. On the in-line model, the filled sack is carried by conveyor to the bag closing unit, and an optional dust extraction system collects the dust generated during filling.
Auger or gravity filling by weight?
For fine, dusty and sticky powders such as flour, starch and gypsum, auger filling, which moves the product through a closed channel, gives more control. For granules, pulses and free-flowing chemicals, gravity filling by weight, where the product flows under its own weight, is faster. We choose the method together with you based on how your product flows.
