In feed additives and premixes, the even distribution of small amounts of vitamins and minerals throughout the blend directly determines the product's effect. In fertiliser production, too, every sack must have the same composition. One line from mixing to packing
With standard models of up to 6,000 litres, horizontal ribbon mixers bring large batches to a homogeneous blend in a short time. Hopper screw conveyors feed the mixer and the filling machine, and sack filling machines weigh and pack the product. This way the product moves from raw material to sack on a closed, dust-free line.
