Liquid filling machines
Liquid filling machines fill liquids, from water-thin products to viscous ones such as shampoo, detergent and oil, into bottles and containers at a set volume. The choice of machine depends on the consistency of the product, its tendency to foam, the type of container and the daily output.

The KP-SDM fully automatic liquid filling machine is built with 6 nozzles as standard, with 4, 8 and 10-nozzle options. The fill quantity is set precisely on the touch panel; the machine works with a servo or hydraulic piston system and connects easily to existing production lines. The KP-YSDM semi-automatic liquid filling machine is operator-controlled with one or two nozzles, a flexible solution for small and medium-scale production.
Foaming and viscous liquids
For foaming products such as shampoo, liquid soap and detergent, optional bottom-up filling is used: the nozzle goes down to the bottom of the bottle and rises as the liquid level rises, preventing foam and overflow. For viscous products, piston filling transfers the same volume every time regardless of flow rate.
