What does a powdered sugar mill do?

A powdered sugar mill grinds crystal sugar into the fine powder used in pastry and food production. Grinding sugar on site, fresh and in the quantity you need, instead of buying ready-made powdered sugar lowers costs and reduces problems with moisture absorption and caking. Interchangeable screens set the fineness of the product; the industrial KP-PSD-1000 grinds granulated sugar to 80–120 microns.
